Hi, I’m Bec.
A country Mum of two teenage girls, currently living in Central West NSW.
What makes me different to any other online trainer?
You’re probably wondering if my program is just another thing in the long list of online ‘things’. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 25 years and the one thing I do know, there isn’t a single diet, exercise regime, lifestyle or overall health protocol that is suited to everyone. That is why I coach people individually and tailor everything to my clients needs and lifestyle.
Does that mean my programs will suit everyone?
No, and that is ok. No program will ever suit everyone.
So, who do I cater to primarily?
Growing up on a farm and living in rural areas most of my life, I have learned to make use of what is available; and being busy with children and work, I have had to make sure what I do is time effective and efficient. So, my passion, and those I enjoy working with, are primarily women who don’t have access to a gym, are time poor, and need guidance, support and accountability to achieve their goals.

What makes my program that much different?
My experience is a key factor, not just in my formal qualifications, but more so the life lessons, the empathy, the understanding and my own battles I have had to fight and overcome. I have lived the life of many of my clients and can relate and provide advice, support and guidance, not only with scientific evidence but also the personally lived lessons of life. I focus a lot on mindset, stress, emotions, habits and overall lifestyle along with exercise and nutrition coaching.
I am also a bit of a self proclaimed nerd, with a love of knowledge that I like to share with anyone who will listen , so my clients gain valuable education whether they really want it or not .
Am I even qualified to do this?
Well, the more I learn the more I realize how much I don’t know, which can at times leave me feeling like a bit of a dumb a*&e . However, I do have a Masters Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, an Undergraduate Degree in Recreation and Human Movement, Qualified Sport and Exercise Nutrition Coach and Cert III & IV in Fitness. I have been fortunate to also teach the Cert III & IV in Fitness to other students and also teach tutorials in anatomy and physiology to Exercise Science students at University. I wasn’t kidding when I said I love sharing knowledge
